The experienced engineers at our components department master the implementation of our built-in grinders into the individual coffee machine concepts of our customers. The performance data, the bean supply and the connection to the brewing entity all play important roles when it comes to ensuring a precise interaction inside the machine. The components need to be adjusted precisely to one another – just like the gears inside of a clock – so that the fully-automatic coffee machine can consistently produce the coffee specialty chosen by the consumer, at any time.

Our tailored solutions business unit takes care of those quality-conscious clients and partners that aspire to grind their coffee specialties with an individually conceived grinder. We evaluate the parameters of each project in close cooperation with the customer. The specific set of requirements for the technical realization depends on whether the grinder gets deployed in households, at a coffee shop, a roast house, industrial settings or inside a fully automatic coffee machine. The grinding profile, the capacities, and the functionalities of the grinder as well as the overall corpus design get adjusted according to the customers’ requests.

The premium precision grinding discs manufactured at our own grinding discs production guarantee for the perfect taste experience. We select the material and the diameter for each grinder model with great care. The discs’ designs and profiles get shaped to match the respective brewing method as well as the desired performance. Because we know from experience: the particle size spread makes all the difference.
